This section sets out how Chat2Brand uses and protects any information provided by You (being the user of this website and/or Chat2Brand's web applications and services).

1. Chat2Brand is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. All information requested will be used within the terms of this Agreement. By accessing or using Chat2Brand's products, services and software, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use this site or any related services.

2. Chat2Brand may collect the following information:

  • 2.1. Company Name
  • 2.2 Company logo
  • 2.2. Name(s) and Surname(s)
  • 2.3. Contact information including telephone/mobile number and email address
  • 2.4. Your national Identity (ID) number

3. Chat2Brand uses the information gathered in order to:

  • 3.1. Register an account on the Chat2Brand web application;
  • 3.2. To bill you for Chat2Brand services;
  • 3.3. Improving our internal operations and efficiencies;
  • 3.4. We may use the information to improve our products, services and applications;
  • 3.5. We may periodically send training or promotional emails, text messages or application notifications about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address and mobile number which you have provided;
  • 3.6. Targeted marketing of goods and services;
  • 3.7. Targeted marketing of goods and services on behalf of third-party companies, when we believe that these offers may be of interest to you;
  • 3.8. We may use the information to customise the Chat2Brand web application according to your interests.
  • 3.9. Chat2Brand will not use any of your customer data or communicate with your customers directly without your consent, unless it is in the event of troubleshooting, or system maintenance.

4. Chat2Brand may elect to share your personal information with:

  • 4.1. Service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations;
  • 4.2. Parties where we are required to do so by law;
  • 4.3. Other third parties, provided we have received your explicit consent.

5. Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure Chat2Brand have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We take no responsibility for the actions of your employees including the leakage or unauthorised sharing of confidential information/data by any of your employees.

6. Non-personal information
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement regarding your information, the following information is not regarded as personal information for purposes of this Agreement:

  • 6.1. Information which cannot be linked back to you;
  • 6.2. Non-personal statistical information i.e. information which has been aggregated and cannot be linked back to you;
  • 6.3. Information which you have provided voluntarily in a public environment.

7. Your consent
You acknowledge that you accept this section, and specifically allow for the collection, storage, processing and disclosure of personal information as described in this section.

8. Other important information
Neither Chat2Brand nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website and web application. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Cookies
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your mobile phone or computer. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow applications to respond to you as an individual. The application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

  • • We use traffic log cookies to identify which features are being used most often. This helps us analyse data about user interface preferences and improve our Chat2Brand Web Application in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for purposes of our application design process and then the data is removed from the system.
  • • Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better Chat2Brand Web Application, by enabling us to monitor which features you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your mobile phone or computer or information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
  • • You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most mobile phones and computers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the Chat2Brand Web Application.

10. How to delete your information
When your account is ended or terminated either through you no longer wishing to use the Chat2Brand service or due to violation of our terms and conditions or non-payment, your data will be exported within ninety (90) days from date of termination from our database and provided to the person designated as the system administrator on the Chat2Brand web applications.
Places where data will remain and which is outside of the control of Chat2Brand:

  • Data on the customers messenger applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Telegram and SMS. In the event that a message/conversation, image, video or any other media that forms part of a conversation between yourself and the customer are shared to someone else that is not a direct customer, such data will continue to remain on the device.
  • Data on your customer's, employees, contractors (employed by you) mobile phone or device storage.

11. By using the Chat2Brand service you consent to the collection, transfer and storage and processing of your information outside of your country of residence consistent with and for the purposes described in this privacy policy.

12 What we do with the information we collect
We use the information to provide services or features that you request, including data backup and sync services for Chat2Brand account holders and to provide optimised services and software.
